3.1 Local Storage

All your mood data, notes, and personal information are stored locally on your device. We do not transmit or store your mood entries, notes, or personal tracking data on any external servers.

• Device-level encryption (if enabled on your device)
• Isolated app storage that other apps cannot access

3.3 Data Backup

Your mood data may be included in Android's automatic backup system if you have enabled device backups. You can control this in your device's backup settings.

Mood Tracker requests the following permissions:

• Internet Access: To load advertisements (in free version) and verify subscription status

6. Your Privacy Rights

• Access: All your mood data is accessible within the app at any time
• Delete: You can delete individual mood entries within the app, or clear all data by uninstalling the app

7. Children's Privacy

Mood Tracker is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete such information.

8. Data Retention

Your mood data is retained on your device until you:

• Manually delete individual entries within the app
• Clear the app's data through device settings
• Uninstall the application

We do not retain your mood data on any servers as all data is stored locally.
