What we collect

We don’t collect any information about you when you browse this website. There are no cookies, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking scripts.

The only personal information we receive is what you choose to send us: when you fill in the contact form (your name and email address, and if you add them, your phone number, budget and a description of your project), or when you email or call us.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and to talk with you about your project. We don’t sell or share them, and we don’t add you to a mailing list.

Where it goes

Contact form messages are sent by email to our inbox at [email protected]. The website doesn’t store them in a database. Our website and email are hosted by Hostinger, and the website is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes visitors’ IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. Like most web hosts, Hostinger keeps standard server logs for security and maintenance.

Spam protection

To stop the contact form being misused, the website keeps a one-way scrambled (hashed) copy of your IP address together with the times of your recent messages, so it can limit how many messages are sent in an hour. The hash can’t be turned back into your IP address.

Other websites

Our Facebook, Twitter and Instagram links take you to those websites, which have their own privacy policies. Nothing from them loads on this website.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing [email protected].
